It is during this time that you achieve your maximum pulse rate which is about 60 to 85 percent of your normal heart rate. Not all individuals are suited to attain this aerobic target heart rate and it might not be safe for pregnant women, persons with health problems, and those people who are just beginning to do exercise routines.
